Location: Dallas, TX
Description of the role:
As a Service Writer at Park Cities Auto Care, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the service process.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to determine their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide accurate service quotes and recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
