About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership within a public sector organization. Applicants must have 12 to 14 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, including a significant tenure in a senior executive role. A proven track record in overseeing large, complex budgets and expertise in cash flow analysis, capital management, and financial reporting are essential. The role requires a leader with a collaborative, proactive, and emotionally intelligent approach, who can effectively manage and mentor senior finance professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong commitment to mission-driven work are also key attributes for the successful candidate. The CFO will be expected to align financial priorities with organizational goals and support informed decision-making in a government or municipal setting.
