About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial management of the organization. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, defining financial strategy, and guiding long-term growth initiatives. This hands-on, strategic, and operational position requires the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing clear insights into company performance, evaluating pricing strategies, and overseeing all accounting operations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a small or mid-sized organization, is required. The role demands a professional with a proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, experience in implementing or managing ERP/accounting systems, and a strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash management. The CFO will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and serving as a strategic business partner across all departments.
