About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including assisting in the preparation of monthly P&L statements, managing A/R, A/P, and payroll, and overseeing the production of KPIs. The successful candidate will also be involved in revenue and expense variance analysis, reconciling financial data, and processing monthly accruals. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with generating and maintaining P&L reports for various business units, overseeing external financial audits, and serving as the firm's financial representative on a board that oversees multiple funds. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA being preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in progressive accounting roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of leadership in previous organizations, and experience in asset management or finance is a plus. The CFO will also be responsible for managing a team of accounting staff and an office manager, so strong leadership and management skills are essential.
