Construction Project Engineer

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks Monitor project finances, ensure budgetary adherence, and provide accurate cost forecasts Implement quality control measures to meet the highest standards and client expectations Identify process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field 4-6 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemical processing, or advanced manufacturing environments Proficiency in project management software Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and controls Knowledge of cleanroom standards, process utilities, and regulated manufacturing requirements (FDA, ISO, GMP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously Hard Skills project management MEP systems HVAC electrical distribution plumbing fire protection controls cleanroom standards process utilities regulated manufacturing Soft Skills communication interpersonal skills leadership team motivation collaboration project tracking risk mitigation continuous improvement relationship building quality control Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Bachelor’s degree in construction management #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
