If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making guests feel valued from the moment they arrive, this is the role for you.Who You Are:Natural Leader: You bring a positive, approachable presence that motivates your team and sets the tone for exceptional service.Guest Experience Champion: You anticipate needs and go above and beyond to create unforgettable moments for guests.Clear Communicator: You engage confidently with guests, team members, and other departments, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Adaptable Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure, pivot quickly, and find solutions that keep operations running smoothly.Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You take pride in maintaining high standards and delivering consistent results.Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Lead and manage the Bell Team's daily operations, including scheduling, timecard approvals, and training.Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages; ensure secure storage when needed.Provide detailed information about rooms, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries promptly.Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary.Promote hotel services, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.Coordinate with other departments—Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping—to ensure smooth operations.Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.Regular attendance in conformance with standards.May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.Your Qualifications Include:High school diploma or equivalent work experience.Minimum one-year (1) leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.Strong verbal communication skills required.Ability to lift items in excess of 75lbs required.Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.Who You'll Supervise:Bell Persons
