Job Summary

The Community Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing the successful onboarding and launch of new residential construction projects from project kickoff through operational handoff. The role coordinates project schedules, collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensures timely project delivery, and provides an exceptional customer onboarding experience while supporting developers, property managers, builders, and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete onboarding and launch process for residential construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, builders, and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing project updates and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project delays and operational challenges.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and executive project status reports.
• Attend project kickoffs, town halls, board meetings, and onsite meetings.
• Coordinate operational requirements including equipment, workspace, facilities, and personnel.
• Ensure customer account information and billing data are accurate before project launch.
• Coordinate pre-launch meetings with construction, operations, and sales teams.
• Ensure contract deliverables and common-area installations are completed before system activation.
• Support customers throughout the onboarding process and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with executive leadership and multiple stakeholders.
