TOYOTA INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT – Service Advisor

Maintainco Inc, a Toyota and Mitsubishi heavy equipment lift truck dealer is seeking an admin assistant to join our dynamic, growing company in the north Jersey market. For 60+ years Maintainco has been a leader in the Material Handling lift truck and warehouse market. We represent the number 1 selling manufacture in the world. We work with companies large and small in all markets including warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, building materials, logistics, E commerce, etc.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

The primary role of the admin is to support our service department and dispatcher.

Responsibilities include:

· Creating work orders via email or phone from customers to be dispatched to our technicians

· Creating quotes and itemizing repairs generated from customer and technician requests

· Route customer inquiry emails to respective customer service representative.

- Assist service manager with service or parts related requests.

· Assist dispatcher with transportation details and inquires.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast paced and deadline based environment and should have the following qualifications:

· Exceptional Customer service Skills

· Ability to multi-task and have strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong computer knowledge including all Microsoft Office programs along with the willingness to learn new software programs and processes.

· Possesses the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Task orientated with excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
