* About Toyota Universe :*
* Services 75-100+ appointments daily
* Excellent pay plan and bonuses

* *Experience As Service Advisor*
* Excellent customer service
* Knowledge of CDK
* A Team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer
* Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations
* Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues
* Maintain a clean and effective workstation
*Team Player
* Candidates Must Have :*
* Professional demeanor and presentation
* Valid Drivers License
* Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check
* Must have steady and verifiable work history
* 2+ Years at an automotive dealership or shop
* 1+ Year as an automotive Service Advisor/Writer
* Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere
