Concho Hearts Executive Director/Marketer serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice agency. The hallmarks of this position include developing people and processes, ensuring high-quality care to each patient, financial management, and business development. Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care wherever you call home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors provide symptom management, and patient and family support while coping with an end-of-life illness. We are locally owned and operated, so you can rest easy that your loved one will receive loving care in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesDevelops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.Consistently visits, communicates, and monitors provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.Educates patients and their families about hospice expectations.Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.Operation / Compliance standards for patient care.Human Resource.QualificationsMUST have Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.BenefitsCompetitive percentage bonus of location profit.Competitive Pay.Health Insurance.Dental & Vision Insurance.Paid Time-Off.Paid holidays.SummaryJob Type: Full-time.Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year.Experience: Hospice Marketing.
