People Data & Insights Analyst

Carter’s, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a People Data and Reporting Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights. You will collect, validate, and analyze data, and develop standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau. You will collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data accuracy, support compensation processes, and drive reporting improvements.
