Job Description
CT/X-Ray Technologist assignment for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts in a newly opened freestanding emergency department (FSED). This role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week and requires the technologist to function independently as the sole imaging provider during shifts. The facility includes ED exam rooms, inpatient hold rooms, and dedicated CT and X-ray imaging areas. The technologist will support a mix of walk-in emergency patients and scheduled outpatient imaging, covering a wide range of general CT and X-ray studies. Weekend rotation is every other weekend, with holiday coverage required for approximately 50% of the contract.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of CT experience (as specified)

ARRT (CT) certification required

BLS certification required

Experience performing both CT and X-ray procedures required

Ability to work independently/solo in a fast-paced environment

Experience with pediatric to geriatric patients preferred

Epic experience preferred

Familiarity with Siemens CT and Carestream X-ray equipment preferred

First-time travelers accepted if confident working independently
