Location: 1405 Arrow Point Drive, Suite 1301 Cedar Park, TX 78613 Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with a one‑hour lunch break DUTIES Lead and manage service staff Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and service procedures Perform electronic set‑up, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of sold systems in‑house and in the field (domestic & international) Maintain schedules to ensure timely service and minimal equipment downtime Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues Monitor and reconcile service inventory locations Ensure accurate service documentation and reporting in line with company and regulatory standards Quote spares, service, and service contracts Provide customer and distributor support, written and verbal Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Electronics or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered) +5 years of XRF service experience, combination of field and management preferred Strong technical background with field and in‑house customer support experience required Good documentation and follow‑up skills Ability to work independently, openly communicate with colleagues, and manage staff Ability to learn new products and software platforms as needed Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Windows Office experience required Ability to work overtime as required Ability to lift 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Rigaku Americas Holding, Inc.
