Manufacturing Training and Workforce Development Specialist

Honda Aero, LLC., Honda’s aircraft engine manufacturing and R&D company in Burlington, NC, seeks a Training & Workforce Development Specialist to build technical capability for advanced turbofan engine production. In this role, you will assess manufacturing skill gaps, design and deliver technical and safety training, and coordinate apprenticeship and upskilling programs for production, maintenance, and quality teams. You will partner with engineering, operations, and HR to create structured learning paths, track certifications, support onboarding, and promote a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement across the facility.
