• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing requests accurately
• Support account managers and the agency owner with client needs
• Maintain client records and follow up on outstanding items
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with quoting as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator — phone, email, and in person
• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Insurance license preferred but not required — we’ll pay for your licensing
• Prior customer service, banking, or insurance experience is a plus
