Rheumatologist

Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join their highly collaborative team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient opportunities, and a light call schedule. The role is supported by a strong team and an established referral network, ensuring a balanced panel within three months.

Practice Info

• 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient opportunities for additional income
• Light call schedule: approximately 1 phone call per month
• Strong support model featuring 2 part-time Rheumatologists and 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Collaborative care team model with a medical staff of 750+ providers across 54 specialties
• Physician-led culture with autonomy and influence over clinical decisions
• Modern practice environment located in a new Wellness Park alongside orthopedics, PM&R, therapy services, and imaging

Compensation

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary
• Uncapped productivity incentive: $62/wRVU
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Loan Repayment: Yes
• Salary Range: $300,000 to $550,000 / Year
