Temporary Benefits Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Scottsdale who is in need of temporary benefits support.
This is a 4-month contract, fully on site supporting day-to-day benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent attention to detail, and intermediate Excel skills. The hourly range is up to $34/HR DOE.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, and terminations.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and coverage.
• Ensure benefits information is accurate and maintained within HRIS and vendor systems.
• Reconcile benefits invoices and assist with audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate reports and analyze benefits data using Excel.
• Partner with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to resolve employee and plan issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Assist with open enrollment activities and benefits communications as needed.
• Support additional HR projects during the contract assignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience is required.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and PivotTables.
• Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
