SC&H’s Tax Department is seeking to hire a Tax Manager to support our rapid growth working out of our Sparks, MD location.
A PARTNER-TRACK OPPORTUNITY WITH INCREDIBLE REWARDS
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
- CPA is required
- A minimum of 5 years public accounting experience preparing and reviewing tax returns and advising Companies on their tax strategy
- Previous Big 4/National or Regional firm experience preferred
- Proven success training, mentoring and developing staff
- Strong desire to deliver outstanding client service
- Excellent research, writing, interpersonal and business development skills
- Aptitude and desire to want to make Partner and grow our Tax Services Practice
- Experience with the following is highly preferred : Real estate clients, 754 elections, 704(b), 704(c), Minimum Gains, Debt Allocations, Tiered Partnerships, Multi-State reporting and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
- This position is hybrid and requires in office 2/3 days a week. No remote resumes.

Make it Rewarding. Salary & Benefits The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$160,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
