Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience providing ABA services, preferably in school or educational environments
• Solid understanding of developing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Excellent communication skills for partnering effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to supervise and train other behavioral staff as needed
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and opportunities for student growth
• Develop, monitor, and modify individualized behavior plans based on data-driven decisions
• Provide ongoing staff training and consultation to ensure effective delivery of interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ social, emotional, and academic success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal guidelines
• Offer parent education and support as part of a holistic approach to student well-being
