Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing a diverse caseload while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify and address student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members for student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
