Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience providing SLP services within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress documentation, and diverse assessment tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy and group sessions according to students’ needs and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate and timely records for progress and required compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations
• Educate and empower staff and families with strategies for student success
