Job Description
Title: RN - Nurse Lead

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Experience in a healthcare setting

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data relevant to patient health and situation to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans with prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Provide educational resources and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care.
- Delegate and coordinate responsibilities among healthcare team members as appropriate.
