You will engage with private and institutional investors, identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, evaluate property performance, and support transactions from initial outreach through closing. The emphasis is on learning to think like an investor, build credibility with property owners, and grow confidence through real commercial experience. This path is well-suited for someone who values structure, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined relationship building.
