While there is a possibility of conversion to a regular, full‑time role based on individual performance and business conditions, no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial assignment is made. Hourly Compensation $25–$30, depending on experience Position Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Temporary Purchasing Coordinator (Entry‑Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency. Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies. Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed. Follow company policies and confidentiality standards. Contribute to process improvements and problem‑solving within the team. Qualifications Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
