The Inside Sales representative plays a key role in driving the success of Mactac's Roll Label business. In this dynamic role, you'll use phone and computer-based selling to grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and help shape strategic plans alongside the Sales Manager. Responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Partnering with the Sales Manager and Outside Sales Representative teammates to define account-specific sales strategies and call objectives.
• Achieving territory sales and profit goals by nurturing existing customer relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities.
• Conducting a designated number of proactive sales calls to grow business within current and prospective accounts.
• Preparing annual territory sales plans and supporting the development of profitable corporate contracts.

Customer Relationship Management

• Establishing, maintaining, and growing professional relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key decision-makers.
• Delivering customer presentations virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person.
• Communicating product changes, pricing updates, and competitive intelligence in a timely manner.
• Participating in trade shows and sales meetings to support customer engagement and brand representation.

Sales Operations & Administration

• Maintaining accurate account information, activity, and strategies in the CRM system.
• Preparing reports accurately and on time, as assigned.
• Assisting management with sales forecasting and providing timely updates on account changes.

Product Knowledge & Support

• Developing expert knowledge of assigned Mactac products and their applications.
• Troubleshooting minor issues and engaging Technical Service when necessary.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support pricing, product availability, and customer needs.
• Representing Mactac professionally as a preferred supplier of pressure-sensitive materials.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years prior business to business (B2B) sales experience is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, account management, inside/outside sales, or product support is desirable.
• Familiarity with pressure-sensitive industry, terminology and manufacturing processes preferred but not required.
• Proficient with CRM and sale software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ACT).
• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with people of various educational and technical backgrounds, both inside and outside the company.
• Capable of influencing others while maintaining positive interactions.

• Department Responsibility: Sales & Marketing (Roll Label)
• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Location: Stow, OH or Troy, OH
• Physical Requirements: The person in this position normally works in an office environment with a significant amount of time spent sitting at a desk, utilizing a PC and telephone. The position requires some walking within the building and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Travel: Up to 10% for occasional trade shows and customer visits.
