Assistant Studio Manager (Premium Day Spa)
Nothing in Between Nails and Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time position in our Mclean, VA location
Responsibilities:
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experience and uphold service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shop environment
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead and support daily front desk and service staff throughout daily operations
- Support team training, onboarding, and performance guide
- Assist with inventory management and supply organization
- Provide reports and feedback to the General Manger to support business decisions and improvements
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations, staff performance, and key updates
Qualifications:
- Committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Maintain a professional and fashionable appearance
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with leadership and team-oriented mindset
- Previous salon or hospitality experience preferred
