Our Centreville studio is growing, and we are seeking a high-performing leader to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Position Summary We are hiring a results-sales driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations and grow membership base. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and performance. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Drive demo-to-membership conversions Lead all inbound lead follow‑up (calls, texts, email) Build referral and retention strategies Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Train team members on closing and client experience Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events Leadership & Operations Manage daily studio operations Lead, coach, and hold team accountable Ensure a five‑star member experience Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting Keep studio organized, professional, and high‑energy Performance Metrics Membership sales Conversion rate Show rate Revenue growth Retention Compensation $45,000 – $55,000+ earning potential. Includes: Competitive base pay, Uncapped commission, and Monthly performance bonuses.
