For more information, visit Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100 – $223,500. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Maternity support programs, nursing benefits, and up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. The Senior Manager, Inclusion, Opportunity, and Community leads the execution of Grainger’s enterprise IOC strategy, aligning priorities with company goals, enterprise initiatives, and evolving business needs while embedding an operational lens to drive scalable, measurable impact. The role owns and advances specialized IOC practices, frameworks, standards, content, and solutions through strong cross-functional partnership with leaders across Human Resources and the business. The position establishes the strategic structure that guides how IOC work is prioritized, developed, governed, measured, and sustained across the enterprise. The role leads team member(s) responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining IOC initiatives, practices, and solutions across the talent lifecycle and community impact efforts. You Will Leads enterprise IOC strategy and aligns priorities, roadmaps, and investments to company goals and enterprise initiatives. Owns and evolves specialized IOC practices, frameworks, and standards to strengthen consistency, relevance, and business impact. Leads the strategic framework for IOC content and solutions to support changing workforce, leadership, and community needs. Establishes governance, decision frameworks, and success measures to prioritize IOC work and evaluate effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. Partners with senior leaders, Human Resources centers of excellence, Human Resources business partners, Legal, Communications, Finance, and business stakeholders to integrate IOC priorities into enterprise plans and operating rhythms. Leads team member(s) responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining IOC initiatives, practices, and solutions across the talent lifecycle and community impact efforts. Uses data, insights, and external trends to identify opportunities, solve complex issues, and recommend improvements to IOC strategy, content, and execution. Drives stakeholder engagement and change leadership to embed IOC expectations into business practices, leader routines, and team member experiences. You Have Master's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required 7+ years leading enterprise-level IOC, inclusion, talent, organizational effectiveness, or related strategic Human Resources work required 3+ years people leadership experience leading teams and cross-functional IOC or enterprise initiatives required Knowledge of enterprise IOC strategy development, governance frameworks, and standards that connect inclusion priorities to business objectives. Experience leading specialized IOC practices, programs, content, or solutions in a complex, matrixed organization. Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and cross-functional partnership across senior leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Communications, and business teams. Experience using data, metrics, and insights to assess impact, guide priorities, and improve IOC strategy and execution.
