Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter insurance products as the primary focus of your agency. Manage your own business operations and maintain core business proficiencies. Optionally recruit and supervise staff to handle general administrative duties and support sales. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills for a sales environment. Sales experience or a degree with general business courses is helpful, but not required. No prior insurance experience necessary; around half of new agents have never worked in insurance. Ability to meet sales requirements and maintain business proficiency.
