Insurance Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Collateral Protection Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for managing the collection of forced placed collateral protection insurance premiums. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to arrange payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring that all collateral is adequately insured. Great, competitive pay Responsibilities Initiate calls and send letters to customers whose collateral is uninsured, soliciting payment for premiums owed and arranging for timely payments. Negotiate repayment plans with customers to address outstanding forced placed premiums. Contact customers or insurance agents to obtain proof of insurance coverage for reported uninsured collateral. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and updates in the loan management system. Qualifications Preferred three years of experience in retail property and casualty insurance agency operations. Property and casualty insurance license required. Candidates without a current license must be able to obtain it in the near future. Proficient in Microsoft Word, experienced with loan management software, and adept with numbers.
