About the Role: At Legendary Home Services, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams across the Twin Cities and Rochester markets. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, equipment, and inventory that keep our technicians stocked and ready to deliver Legendary Service, Legendary Care to our customers every day. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced environment where teamwork and accountability matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
