Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – AH Cabarrus Operating Room Department: 37703 Atrium Health Cabarrus - Surgery Job Status: Full Time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details: Day Shift with call. A sign‑on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months. Previous CVOR experience strongly recommended for this position. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Location: Concord, NC, United States About the Facility Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457‑bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, we provide comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of specialty medical care, including disease‑specific certifications in Stroke, Epilepsy, Spine, Bariatrics, and Chest Pain Center care. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Previous operating room experience strongly preferred.
