Radius Rule: Traveler must live 50+ miles from facility
Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend
Schedule Cycle: Every 6 weeks
Call & Holiday Requirements
- Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
- 45-minute response time
- Call shifts: 11p–7a or 7a–7p / 7p–7a on weekends
Department Overview
- 19 OR Suites (17 rooms blocked daily)
- Average 50 cases per day
- First-time travelers: Not accepted
- Minimum Experience Required: 5 Years

✅ Requirements
- Licensure: Active NC RN License
- Certifications:
- BLS (Required)
- CNOR (Preferred, not required)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years OR experience
- Must be able to circulate in all listed specialties
- Night shift RNs must have Charge RN experience & scrubbing proficiency
- Preferred Skills:
- Laparoscopic & open belly cases
- Ortho trauma
- Cysto
- Vascular
- Robotics experience (plus)
- Candidate Qualities:
- Flexible
- Self-driven
- Strong team player
- Able to adapt to emergent case needs
