Role Overview The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations. They ensure compliance with policies and regulations while providing excellent customer service and guidance to pharmacy staff. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate prescription processing and medication counseling. Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach. Maintain regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Model customer service excellence and support staff development. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or PharmD degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in pharmaceutical care, relationship building, and adaptability. Strong community engagement and adherence to regulatory standards.
