Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's Hospice Program in a growing care team serving patients.

Job Description:

Position: Registered Nurse (Hospice)

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Coverage: Travel within a 50-mile radius of the office in Fayetteville, NC

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Local Pay: $52.00 - $55.00/hour (W-2) Plus Mileage reimbursement

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,450/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40

On Call/Weekend Requirement: On call = Yes about 1-2 week day and 1-2 weekend

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop individualized hospice care plans focused on comfort and quality of life.
• Administer medications and manage pain and other end-of-life symptoms.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding hospice care and disease progression.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospice regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• RN license
