Skyler Basco Media LLC is the home of Student to Big Tech (SBT), a coaching program helping ambitious women break into APM roles at Big Tech companies, along with Skyler Basco's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. We're also in the middle of planning The Callback Conference, a one day NYC event in Spring 2027 bringing together 200+ women pursuing APM careers. The Role We're looking for a NYC-based Assistant to support Skyler across conference planning, SBT operations, and day to day business needs. What you'll do Support logistics for The Callback Conference: sponsorships, venue coordination, vendor communication, attend communication, and day-of execution Help manage SBT operations: coach and student scheduling, contractor coordination, and general program support Assist with administrative and legal documents (agreements, Terms of Service, addenda) alongside Skyler Track budgets, timelines, and vendor & contractor deliverables Provide general executive and operational support to Skyler as agreed upon Occasionally support content or brand related tasks What we're looking for Based in or able to work locally in NYC Highly organized, proactive, quick to respond, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Experience in events, operations, or executive support a plus Comfortable working with a small, fast moving team and taking ownership of tasks Interest in the APM/tech career space is a bonus, not required Details Time commitment of 5-10 hours per week to begin with, then 10-15 as the event approaches Paid on the 15th and last day of every month on a project by project basis, as agreed upon in advance NYC based, in-person for the day-of event execution and remote for event planning Welcome gift provided (amazing merchandise!)
