What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager , you will:

Lead and develop FOH and BOH restaurant teams
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Train, coach, and develop team members
Manage staffing and labor
Monitor sales and restaurant performance
Maintain food quality and safety standards
Manage inventory and control costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Build a positive and productive restaurant culture
Partner with leadership to achieve business goals

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members

• Comfortable leading teams across multiple dayparts
