Job Summary Occupational Therapists (OT) are sought for home health, skilled nursing facilities, and post‑acute settings in Sacramento and surrounding regions. Candidates will help patients regain independence and quality of life, enabling safe participation in daily activities. Responsibilities Assess patients’ functional independence and daily activity performance. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans. Facilitate the development and rehabilitation of patients with mental and emotional challenges. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in California. New graduates are welcome; prior experience in home health or skilled nursing is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexibly across full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or travel assignments. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rates range from $13.00 for home‑health roles to $60.00 for post‑acute or specialized positions. Select positions offer sign‑on bonuses up to $7,500, weekly travel pay of $1,593 to $2,493, and a structured progressive pay scale. Full‑time, part‑time, PRN, and per diem opportunities are available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
