HSE Lead- Clif Bar

Position Overview R-171835 | Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Position: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professional Responsibilities Assist and lead cultural transformation regarding HSE to achieve zero accidents and incidents. Coordinate and oversee implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes. Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances. Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities. Follow up on non-conformances and develop systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis. Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE pillar team/safety committee, and drive completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes and recurrence. Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards. Qualifications A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Experience in Environmental Health and Safety. Completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC. Experience in safety and/or environmental technical standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels. Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO. Education & Certifications Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline strongly preferred. Equivalent experience considered. Job Specific Requirements Onsite location. Travel requirements: None. Work schedule: Monday-Friday. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
