Job Description Job Description We're looking for a friendly Receptionist to join our team! The receptionist is responsible for maintaining the front desk and waiting area, along with assigned clerical duties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answers phone calls Receive and direct visitors and clients Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and retrieve requests for information Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment, admission files Responsible for entering information daily into programs used for data collection MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience using multi-line phone system (Preferred) Displays professionalism, problem solving, positive attitude, customer focused. Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as an ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
