What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and in-person engagement
• Full control of your territory: strategy, pipeline, and revenue performance
• Build, develop, and expand strong customer relationships across your territory
• New business development and account expansion across key verticals
• Large, complex deal cycles including RFPs, bids, and multi-level decision makers
• Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that win business
• High-value customer relationships that require credibility and follow-through
• Forecasting accuracy and disciplined CRM management
• In-market execution: customer visits, operational alignment, and deal advancement
• Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of proven sales success in a structured environment
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must reside in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Kentucky
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (2–3 nights per week)
• Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to grow market share
