Store Manager

Summary The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and service performance while leading and developing the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role manages store operations, merchandising, and financial performance to meet company targets. The manager will recruit, coach, and set objectives to continuously improve team results. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service goals Set weekly and monthly objectives and monitor individual and store performance Recruit and network in the local market to hire qualified sales professionals Own store P&L, manage budgets including salary, expenses, and inventory Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines and store standards are maintained Collaborate with training, HR, and store support departments to utilize resources effectively Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to manage budgets and take ownership of store financial performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
