The successful candidate will assist individuals with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, and a commitment to providing quality care. Starting salary - $60k/year. Responsibilities Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities. Maintain accurate records of services provided. Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals. Assist with the development of independent living skills. Monitor health and safety. Provide crisis intervention when needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have prior experience in a group home as a manager or residential supervisor. Must pass background check, Cari check, and drug test. CPR certification required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
