Heritage Landing Golf Club is excited to announce the opportunity of General Manager (GM)! The GM manages all aspects of the club operations including relationships between the club and its members, guests, employees, and community. Works directly with the Community Board of Directors, ICON Leadership, Finance/Budget Team, and Vendors to provide unparalleled service, accountability, and the ultimate club experience for our residents.Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000, based on experience and eligible for a performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary.Position Summary:The General Manager (GM) is a Troon associate and the senior executive leader responsible for the professional management, operational performance, and financial health of the community and club operations. The GM protects property values, supports resident experiences, ensures compliance, and leads the management team. The GM executes within adopted budgets and board policy while retaining authority over daily operations, personnel, and service delivery.
