Growth Marketing Campaign Manager, US

Waters Corporation seeks a Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves managing paid media, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and revenue growth in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated demand generation campaigns driving awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue across multiple channels
• Execute omnichannel campaigns via web, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, webinars, and account-based marketing
• Manage third-party media programs including coordination, asset delivery, tracking, budgets, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with agencies to monitor search marketing performance and recommend optimization improvements
• Track campaign performance against business metrics and report insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 5 years campaign management, digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media experience
• Hands-on execution of multichannel marketing campaigns
• Experience with paid media, media agencies, publishers, or advertising vendors
• Proficiency with digital marketing metrics: CTR, conversions, cost per conversion, ROAS
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
