Product Marketing Manager, Research Instruments - US Region

Waters seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive US commercial strategy for research instruments following its acquisition of BD Biosciences. The role develops regional go-to-market plans, manages product launches, oversees portfolio performance, and translates global strategy into US priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own US marketing plan and commercial performance for research instruments portfolio
- Translate global strategy into US segmentation, value propositions, and go-to-market plans
- Lead regional commercialization of new instruments, software, and lifecycle initiatives
- Analyze revenue, growth, portfolio mix, and funnel health; recommend pricing and commercial offers
- Develop regional marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and voice-of-customer programs
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product or commercial marketing experience in life sciences
- Professional flow cytometry experience and knowledge of research instruments and workflows
- Demonstrated success leading regional go-to-market strategy and launches for complex instruments
- Strong analytical skills in portfolio performance, forecasting, pricing, and funnel metrics
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field
- Cross-functional leadership and influence skills in matrixed environments
- Capital sales, CRM, and business intelligence experience preferred
