Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Systems - US Region

Waters seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead US commercial strategy for the Clinical Systems portfolio, including research instruments, reagents, and software. The role translates global strategy into regional go-to-market plans, manages launches and lifecycle initiatives, and drives portfolio performance through pricing, enablement, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Own US marketing plan and commercial performance for Clinical Systems research instruments and software portfolio
- Translate global strategy into US segmentation, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
- Lead regional launches, forecast assumptions, pricing inputs, and sales enablement
- Analyze portfolio revenue, mix, funnel health, and competitive dynamics; recommend pricing and commercial offers
- Conduct voice-of-customer, competitive, and win/loss programs; translate insights into positioning and roadmap recommendations
Requirements
- 5–7+ years product marketing, commercial marketing, or product management in life sciences
- Professional flow cytometry experience with research instruments and customer workflows
- Proven track record leading regional go-to-market strategy for complex capital equipment
- Strong commercial and analytical skills in portfolio performance analysis
- Experience with launch management and lifecycle commercialization
- Ability to partner across global, regional, and field teams on strategy execution
