Job Overview

Unico Supply is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Visit customers and job sites within the assigned territory.

Prepare and present product quotes and proposals.

Follow up on leads and provide outstanding customer service.

Collaborate with the inside sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company's CRM.

 

Qualifications

Previous outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, or building materials experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
