The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. This executive role requires a strategic business partner who can provide financial insight, improve operational performance, and support long-term business objectives. Key responsibilities include owning the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting processes, leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a CPA certification and at least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience within manufacturing or product-based organizations are preferred. The role demands a leader who can proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and who is adept at overseeing contract review, pricing support, capital investment analysis, and working capital initiatives.
