As an Experienced Kitchen Leader at Perkins Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. Your primary duties will include:

• Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
• Multi-tasking in a full kitchen to prepare and cook menu items according to Perkins' standards.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance.
